Jury reaches decision on penalty for South Carolina church shooter

CHARLESTON, S.C. (Reuters) - The jury that convicted Dylann Roof of the 2015 massacre of nine black men and women at a South Carolina church has reached a decision on whether to sentence the 22-year-old white supremacist to death, court officials said on Tuesday.
